THE JUAN DE FUCA RENOVATIONS STORY

Juan de Fuca began operations in 1973 as a family owned and operated renovation company. Today we are proud to say we are still family owned but have expanded with, yearly sales in the millions.   Owner, Al Auringer bases the company's success on the quality of the products we use, the workmanship and ser vice we give to all our customers, "our biggest asset"! the windows we use have a double seal which is expensive and time consuming to manufacture I suppose that is why to this day ours is the only manufacturer I believe, using this system. but after 20 plus years and thousands of windows without one seal failure, it certainly is worth the extra effort all you have to do is listen to our customers past and present relate the joy of a job well done and how professional and tidy our staff were.

In 1991 we were selected by BC Hydro  as a registered contractor for the Power Smart Home Improvements Program, which ran from 1991 to 2002.  This program was geared to home improvements in comfort, energy savings and increased home value. Health and safety have become more prominent in our industry. We are committed to apply our knowledge and skills to make your home healthier, more comfortable, and safer.  

We adhere to a strict code of ethics being a registered contractor with service being our number one priority we have received a certificate of appreciation from the Vancouver Island Better Business Bureau for our dedication to supporting our community we will continue to follow the same code of ethics that earned us the BBB 2003 Award for Marketplace Ethics and Integrity.
